General Terms of Sale
The offer and sale of products available on the website www.capelliextension.com are governed by the General Terms of Sale described below, which form an integral part of the purchase contract for any product. Placing an order implies the customer’s acceptance of these terms.
MODA ITALIA SRLS reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms of Sale at any time. Such changes will only apply to purchase orders submitted after the date of modification.
1. PURCHASE
It is possible to purchase products from www.capelliextension.com 24 hours a day.
By clicking the "Place Order" button, the customer submits an order to MODA ITALIA SRLS. The order is considered, in every respect, a contractual proposal from the customer, which MODA ITALIA SRLS will promptly confirm via email to the address provided by the customer.
2. PRICE AND PAYMENTS
The prices of products published on www.capelliextension.com include VAT and do not cover any taxes, duties, or charges applicable in the destination country if different from Italy; these will be borne by the customer.
MODA ITALIA SRLS reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. Any changes, however, will not affect customers who have already placed an order.
During the order process, MODA ITALIA SRLS offers various payment methods: credit card, secure bank transfer, or cash on delivery. The customer must indicate the chosen payment method from those offered.
2.1 CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
If paying by credit card, the payment is processed through Stripe using an encrypted protocol, ensuring a completely secure transaction. Sensitive credit card information will never be recorded or used by MODA ITALIA SRLS.
2.2 INSTALLMENT PAYMENT WITH KLARNA
If paying in installments, the payment is processed through Klarna integrated with Stripe, using an encrypted protocol. Sensitive payment information will never be recorded or used by MODA ITALIA SRLS. Please note that for some purchases a higher initial payment may be required. 3. SHIPPING
MODA ITALIA SRLS ships exclusively via Express Courier.
The available shipping methods are shown during the purchase process as they vary depending on the type of product, availability, weight, size, and destination country.
Packaging is free; bulky items will be palletized and specially secured. All products are shipped in their original packaging (if provided by the manufacturer). Often, a second box with additional protective padding (bubble wrap) is used.
Products over 80kg are shipped using vehicles with hydraulic tailgates (available only for addresses accessible to medium/large vehicles).
Free shipping for orders over €99.
For orders below the minimum amount, the cost is €10 in Italy and €19 for all other countries.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We offer a return service if the product ordered is not to your satisfaction or is the wrong size.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you may choose your preferred postal or courier service. We currently cannot provide prepaid or free return service. To make a return, follow the instructions on the "Return Form" included in the package. The form must be completed and included in the package. We are not responsible for delays or missing refunds if the information is incorrect. Returns sent to our warehouse will be processed as soon as possible. We do not guarantee a specific timeframe, but our staff will handle them within a few days.
All returned products must be intact, unused, and free of any signs of wear or dirt. Products received in unsuitable condition will be returned to the customer, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or losses in receiving returns. If there are problems with your return shipment, you must contact the service you used for shipping.

MODA ITALIA SRLS is not responsible if the return is sent to an incorrect or non-provided address. We can only refund and offer assistance for returns that include our completed return form.
MODA ITALIA SRLS will issue a voucher valid on the website within 1 month, equal to the order amount (product only, excluding shipping if applicable).
5. IN-STORE PICKUP
It is possible to purchase from our shop, without paying shipping costs, and pick up the already paid merchandise directly in our store.
6. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
MODA ITALIA SRLS often offers discount codes or promotional products. Promotional products will already show the discounted price, and no additional code is needed. Promotions may last for variable periods and may be reintroduced at full price without notice.
Discount codes are valid only for specific periods. Expired codes cannot be used, and codes cannot be applied after the order is completed.
7. PRIVACY
Personal data requested during order placement are collected and processed to meet the customer’s requests.
MODA ITALIA SRLS guarantees compliance with personal data protection regulations, including the Italian Privacy Code D.L.196/2003 and European guidelines on online data collection.
